England announce 16 team squad for the T20I Series against West Indies

We have exciting news from England National Cricket Team for the upcoming T20I Series England vs West Indies. The England cricket team has announced its 16 team squad for the upcoming upcoming twenty twenty International Series against West Indies. Which is going to be start from 22nd January 2021 at Barbados.

The team consists of two uncapped players. Notably, not a single player from the current Test team participating in the Ashes has been included.

The Former English cricketer Paul David Collingwood will be the head coach of the five-match T20 series. And one more uncapped former English cricketer Marcus Trescothick will be the assistant coach of the England cricket team.

In the upcoming T20 International Series between England and West Indies, Irish English Cricketer Eoin Morgan will lead the England Cricket team.

According to the England Cricket Board’s report, two uncapped left-arm fast bowlers, George Garton and David Payne were named to the England team.

In press release Paul Collingwood said, “We have selected a quality squad with some significant batting power and a balanced bowling attack with the intention of performing well in the T20 World Cup, slated for later next year in Australia. Due to the absence of players who are part of the Ashes squad, the squad will have more opportunity in the World Cup in less than a year.
