IPL 2022 Schedule is designed with the tournament format which is popularly known as the Round-Robin format, each team plays with each other twice, once in-home ground and once in-away ground, at the conclusion of the league stage. The top four teams will be qualified for the playoffs.
The top two from the league stage will play against each other in 1st qualifier and the winner will directly go to the finals and the loser will get another chance to qualify for the IPL finals by playing the 2nd qualifier match.
Meanwhile, the 3rd and 4th teams from the league stage will face each other in the eliminator match, the loser of this match will get eliminated from the league and the winner from this match will play with the loser of 1st qualifier match.
