The India vs South Africa 2nd ODI Match Prediction: The 2nd One-Day International match between India and South Africa is going to be held on Friday, 21st January 2022 at the Boland Park in Paarl.

Ashwin comes up to bowl in the 15th over and knocks off De Cock with an Arm Bowl. The Leg Spinner, Yuzi Chahal, Was Expensive with his spin bowling. Bavuma took charge of him in the 24th over and hit back-to-back Boundaries. “Bavuma and Dussen make the 4th wicket partnership of 45 runs.”
Bavuma gets his fifty in the 27th over with a single. “What a well-deserving, captain’s knock from Bavuma”
In the 33rd over, Temba Bavuma and Van Der Dussen complete their 100 runs partnership. “Great contribution from both the South African Batters”
After 40 overs, the Two Batters continued the run-scoring and looked unbeatable. They were 210 for 3, with Bavuma reaching his century.
In the 42nd over, Dussen flicked Shardul Thakur over square leg for a classy-looking six. Again, he cuts Thakur in the point region and gets a boundary in the same over. “Indian bowlers getting smashed.”

In the last ball of 46th over, Van Der Dussen gets his century. He gets his century in only 82 balls. “Dussen was showing the signs of a versatile, skillful player.”
In the 47th over, Dussen reminds us of the legend AB De Villiers. “He sits down in his knees and scoops Bhubaneswar Kumar over fine leg for a six.”
Bavuma goes in the 48th over; he tries to go for a six but gets caught in the deep. “He goes an outstanding inning of 110 of 143 balls.”
In the last over, Van Der Dussen crunched Thakur over Mid-Wicket for a long six. He goes again in the fourth ball and gets a boundary “What an exhibition from Dussen.”
Therefore after 50 overs, the South Africans made 296/ 4. “A Great first innings total in Boland Park.”
Captain KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan walk to the Crease to get the run chase on track.
The first boundary came from the Bat of Shikhar Dhawan. Jansen bowled an inswinger, got a thick edge of Dhawan’s Bat, and the ball went to the fine leg for a boundary.

Phehluckwayo bowls the 34th over and gets Rishabh Pant. He bowls a wide bowl; Rishabh tries to flick the ball, goes out of his Crease, and gets stumped. “Pant goes for 16 of 22 Balls.”
Next, Venkatesh Iyer Comes in and gets out of a pull shot. “Ngidi again bowls a slower bouncer and gets his second wicket.”
Shardul Thakur Comes and pulls off some big shots out of the Ground. Hence on the other side, back-to-back wickets start to fall.
Shardul Thakur Complete his fifty in the last ball of the 50th over. He fought till the end but failed to take his team home. “India made 265 runs in their 50 overs.
South Africa Defeated India in the first one-day internationals by 31 runs.
